Is our specialist in Japanese Export Controls and is an expert Compliance Trainer and Auditor. She is fluent in Japanese though British born and has been deeply immersed in Japanese culture. She has some 18 years experience working for Multinational Japanese companies in Australia, Germany, UK and for 5 years in Japan, largely in the field of High Technology.
She has also translated Japanese Export Control laws into English and German, is highly computer literate and is presently working with Alex and Graham in developing a Compliance Training Package for Japanese subsidiaries in Europe. 
Ngaire has an extensive knowledge of the major Australian, UK, US, Japanese, EU and German Export control websites on which we are drawing to develop model content for clients’ Internal Compliance Websites.
She also has extensive Specialist Compliance and Research experience including:
  • EU funding, Application & submission of EU funded projects, awareness of  EU regulations
  • Intellectual Property law, Customs Law and Import/Export Regulations
  • Nanotechnology, Bioinformatics/Pharmacology and IT Systems development
  • Quality Assurance , Internal audit controls and procedure writing
Upon her return to the UK Ngaire worked as an Export Compliance Manager. 
She has worked within Research & Development and Intellectual Property departments.  It was her responsibility to implement a training programme and train researchers and Administrators to co-ordinate audits and report to senior management within Europe and Japan on the findings. 
She has also advised European Directors on Japanese business culture and acted as Lecturer, Conference and Travel Organiser and Liaison Manager during audits, training, visits by Senior Japanese management and multinational management seminars.

また、日本輸出管理法の英語翻訳、ドイツ語翻訳に携わった経験もあります。コンピューターにとても精通しており、現在はヨーロッパにおける日本企業の子会社用として、Alex and Graham  社とコンプライアンス・トレーニング・パッケージの共同開発を行っています。ナーリー　は、主にオーストラリア、英国、米国、日本、ヨーロッパ、ドイツの輸出管理ウェブサイトに関し幅広い知識を持っており、各ウェブ上にて顧客の内部コンプライアンス・ウェブサイトのために模範となるコンテンツの開発を行っております。

高野氏は英国帰国後、輸出コンプライアンス・マネージャーとして、開発研究部また知的財産部において勤務しております。監査コーディネートの目的でのトレーニング・プログラムの導入、研究者と管理者の指導、　その結果をもとにしたヨーロッパ及び日本の上層部への報告に責任をもって取り組んできました。また、日本のビジネス文化に関しヨーロッパの指導者達へアドバイスを行った経験もあり、監査時、トレーニング時、日本の上層部経営者訪問時またマルチナショナル経営セミナーなどで、講師として、会議や旅行主催者として、リアイゾン・マネージャーとしての経験もあります。
