Alex McLoughlin has appeared several times
on British and American radio and TV and is consulted as an
expert on International Trade matters by journalists. He has
lectured at Universities including the LSE, Cambridge, the
Sorbonne and GWU Washington DC. He has published a number of
articles; including "Making Sense of European Trade
Administration" and a Summary of the Scott Report which
dealt with the Export of Defence and Dual Use Goods to Iraq.
